design dynamo is a social enterprise dedicated to design, research and the creative arts.​ As a Community Interest Company (CIC), we are devoted to creating inclusive and collaborative community-led projects that drive meaningful social change. Through research, participatory design and co-creation, we develop services, experiences, and opportunities alongside diverse communities, reflecting the voices and needs of the people they are intended to serve.

Our work champions EDI (Equity, Diversity and Inclusion) across both our project delivery and whom we employ. We are committed to creating pathways for those from underrepresented and disadvantaged backgrounds - including disabled and neurodivergent individuals - to gain skills and build confidence through the access to meaningful work experience in the creative industries.

By bringing together people with different lived experiences, backgrounds, and levels of expertise, we want to foster cultures of co-learning where knowledge is shared, perspectives are broadened, and innovation emerges through collaboration!
